Robert P. Miraglia is General Counsel to the Office of the Bronx Borough President, where he serves as a senior member of the executive team. He directs the office's legal, labor, and compliance programs, advises on governance and policy, and oversees its Economic Development and Planning portfolios.

A lifelong New Yorker, Robert brings a rare, multi-sided view of city government. He is a Trustee of the New York City Employees' Retirement System (NYCERS) and serves on the Boards of Directors of the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), the Build NYC Resource Corporation (Build NYC), and the New York City Industrial Development Agency (NYCIDA). He is also a member of the Franchise and Concession Review Committee (FCRC).

Before joining the Borough President's office, Robert managed a plaintiffs' litigation firm focused on catastrophic injuries, employment discrimination, and civil rights. He has also served as an adjudicator in New York City's administrative court and held legal and land use roles with the New York City Council.

Robert was named a Notable General Counsel by Crain's New York Business, was honored by the City of New York for exemplary public service, and was recognized by Super Lawyers for litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from CUNY Queens College and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
