Tropical Storm Isaias

ConEd

Being without power, even during normal times, is a real hardship. It’s even more difficult now because of COVID-19. To help, we have expanded our claims policy for customers who lost power after the destructive tropical storm. If you lost power for more than 48 consecutive hours, please fill out a claims form at conEd.com to cover spoiled food, medication or perishable commercial merchandise.

SNAP Recipients

SNAP recipients who have lost food due to power outages or storm-related flooding may obtain replacement benefits as long as they meet criteria and fulfill certain requirements. Visit Hunger Solutions New York for details.
