Bronx Community Health Fair

We are offering our neighbors resources to raise their health outcomes and showcase some of our programs here at the Bronx campus. Resources include: Mammo van, doppler studies, blood pressure screening, Medicare workshop, “Stop the Bleed”, educational information on blood cancers, asthma, mental health, fire safety workshop, hearing tests & more.
