I am pleased to extend my congratulations to Judge Rowan Wilson on his appointment as Chief Judge of New York’s highest court, the New York State Court of Appeals. Judge Rowan Wilson is New York’s first Black Chief Judge and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new position. He was appointed to our Court of Appeals as an associate judge in 2017 and has since displayed ethical leadership and a track record consistent with the values of our great state.
