The lives of twenty children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School were taken from us as a result of senseless gun violence and brutality. As we reflect on this anniversary, it is a reminder that more must be done to address this epidemic in our country, as too many lives have been lost and families, forever changed. Let us continue to keep the loved ones of the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting in our prayers and renew our commitment to keeping all our communities safe from the plague of gun violence.”
