Bronx, NY – Bronx Borough President Gibson, the Bronx Tourism Council, and Montefiore Einstein, joined with Transportation Alternatives, Essen Health Care, Village Care, and other sponsors to announce the official kick-off of Tour De Bronx 2022. After being significantly downsized as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event is returning this year and will be open to 1,000 riders from across the borough and tristate area.

“From the Concourse to Castle Hill, Pelham Bay Park, and beyond, cyclists will get an opportunity to safely explore our greenways and everything that makes our borough beautiful,” said Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson. “With an emphasis on fitness and encouraging alternative modes of transportation, Tour De Bronx has attracted both new and skilled cyclists to participate in this annual event. Thank you again to the Bronx Tourism Council, Montefiore Einstein, Transportation Alternatives and all of our other amazing sponsors for their support. We look forward to joining our community on October 23rd!”
