    "I want to wish all the Jewish residents of the Bronx and the City of New York a Happy and Healthy New Year. As we reflect on the past year and we get ready to bring in year 5775, please remember to keep those in our community who are hungry or in need in your thoughts and prayers. I also ask that we make a commitment to help our neighbors. No good deed is too small, and something as simple as holding the door open for someone or helping a neighbor up a flight of stairs goes a long way.
