    On Saturday, December 15, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. visited St. Raymond’s High School in Castle Hill to participate in the 5 Borough Basketball Tour to benefit New York Knicks’ great Allan Houston’s Father Knows Best Program.
