    Over 800 free backpacks were distributed at Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.’s annual Back to School Literacy & Health Fair, which took place on Saturday, August 23, at M.S. 127 in Castle Hill. The event was co-sponsored by Montefiore, Healthfirst and the New York Urban League.
