- Minimum request requirement for any equipment purchase is $35,000.
- Minimum useful life of the equipment purchase must be 5 years.
- The City may fund up to 100% of equipment purchases.
- Computers must be purchased as part of a networked system.
- Laptops will only be funded for Department of Education public schools.
- Central air conditioning is eligible. Individual air conditioning units are not eligible.
- Electrical system upgrades are not eligible for funding. When ordering equipment or technology, please be sure that your building’s electrical facility can handle your request.
