    "The  news of this tragic van crash brings sadness to the entire Bronx. My deepest sympathies and those of all 1.4 million Bronx residents go out to the families of the victims of this crash and to all members of the  Joy Fellowship Christian Assemblies Church. My office will be available to assist this church in any way we can during their time of need," said Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.
