“My office understands how vital the Bainbridge commercial strip is and remains committed to helping the businesses and the community to rebound from this fire. We have enlisted the support of the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (BOEDC) to assist these businesses in their recovery efforts. My staff has also been working with Community Board #7 and New York City Small Business Services to actively advocating on behalf of these merchants and ensure that they are able to get back to work as quickly as possible,” said Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.
